Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la r\u00e9duction d&#8217;imp\u00f4ts, le don doit \u00eatre minium de 40\u20ac en faveur du m\u00eame organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, en ce qui concerne l&#8217;avantage fiscal, le montant du don ne peut exc\u00e9der pour l&#8217;exercice d&#8217;impositions 2022 &#8211; revenus 2021 :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; soit 10% de l&#8217;ensemble des revenus nets<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; soit 392.200 \u20ac (plafond absolu)<\/p>\n<p>Le montant du don ne pourra exc\u00e9der 45% du plafond ainsi d\u00e9termin\u00e9. Vous devez n\u00e9anmoins toujours d\u00e9clarer le montant total des dons qui r\u00e9pondent aux conditions pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la r\u00e9duction d&#8217;imp\u00f4t. L&#8217;administration appliquera le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant les limitations l\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, elles peuvent d\u00e9duire de leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices imposables un montant maximum limit\u00e9 \u00e0 5% du r\u00e9sultat positif dans la premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration dans la d\u00e9claration avec un maximum absolu de 500.000\u20ac.
