Elle semble en revanche faire aussi bien que l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation pleine conscience semble r\u00e9duire le stress, la d\u00e9pression et l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;inaction, mais pas chez tous et pas tout le temps, r\u00e9v\u00e8le une large m\u00e9ta-analyse de 136 \u00e9tudes sur plus de 11.000 patients. De plus, la m\u00e9ditation pleine conscience ne fait pas mieux que l&#8217;exercice physique.
